Though technically attached to the mainland, the Sunshine Coast is not currently accessible by road. There are ferry services from Horseshoe Bay, West Vancouver or from Comox, Vancouver Island (via Powell River).
It’s is a truly beautiful place to come visit; though if you’re travelling on a long weekend or during the summer months it is a good idea to book a ferry.
We are about a 40 minute drive away from Langdale if you head straight here or 35 minutes from Earls Cove; but there are several places to stop and shop, enjoy the view or eat along the way, so there is no hurry – welcome to ‘Coastal Time’.
Brooks Road is the Smuggler Cove exit off highway 101. We are just a few hundred metres from the exit, on the right after the mail boxes, don’t blink you will miss us! We have left out the old ‘Wildflower” sign to help you find us. The driveway is fairly steep but the once it levels out, the cottages are to the right with guest parking outside.
