A minimum 50% deposit (plus taxes) is required to secure your accommodation.
All changes to a booking may be subject to a $50 administration fee.
While we sympathise with changes to circumstances, we know that COVID-19 has brought challenges with travel. As we are now more aware and familiar with the guidelines we hope and expect that all visitors book with us understanding the impacts of COVID-19 prior to organising their stay.
As such our cancellation policies are as follows:
Cancellations 14 days prior to check-in will be charged the first night’s stay (plus any fees and taxes).
Cancellations 13 to 7 days will receive a refund of 50% of the deposit or be charged the first night if this is greater (less any fees and taxes). The remaining balance owing is due 24 hours prior to check in and will be processed accordingly.
Sorry, no deposit refunds for cancellations of less than 7 days.
We will make every attempt to book the cottage for the dates of your stay and if successful a full refund would be issued (less any fees).
